In its Gloves division, the company manufactures, packages, and markets medical-grade nitrile examination and surgical gloves for healthcare, clinical, and industrial cleanroom applications. Erdasan Group Berhad serves an international client base spanning high-technology and industrial sectors, including semiconductor, consumer electronics, hard disk drive (HDD), automotive, medical device, textile, and solar energy industries. The company conducts its manufacturing, precision machining, and engineering operations primarily through key operating subsidiaries, including AT Precision Tooling Sdn. Bhd., AT Engineering Solution Sdn. Bhd., and AT Glove Engineering Sdn. Bhd., distributing products across domestic and Asia-Pacific export markets. The company was incorporated in 2004, listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia in February 2005, and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with core manufacturing and fabrication facilities located in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone in Penang, Malaysia. In October 2024, the company officially completed a major corporate rebranding, changing its name from AT Systematization Berhad to Erdasan Group Berhad to reflect its strategic alignment and operational transformation. Over the 2024 to 2025 period, the group undertook significant structural changes, including a RM100 million share capital reduction exercise, comprehensive corporate governance and executive management realignments, and strategic rationalization across its manufacturing and green energy assets.
