- Flexidynamic Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company that provides specialized engineering solutions and industrial manufacturing equipment primarily to the glove manufacturing industry and infrastructure sectors. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, the company operates across three principal business segments: Engineering, Glove Formers, and Trading and Services.
The company's core product and service portfolio comprises the design, engineering, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of online and offline glove chlorination systems used in the production of powder-free latex and nitrile gloves; custom-engineered storage and process tanks manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and stainless steel for chemical preparation, leaching, washing, and cleaning operations; industrial environmental safety and pollution abatement systems, including wet scrubber systems for chlorine gas exhaust filtration, acid suction systems for mold-cleaning lines, and chemical-resistant FRP lining for trenches, pits, and flooring; automated electrical control panels and supervisory control instrumentation; high-precision ceramic hand molds (glove formers) utilized in glove dipping processes; mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering contracting services for municipal and industrial water intake and water treatment plant installations; and the trading of mechanical components, replacement parts, consumables, and raw materials, supplemented by preventive maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services.
Flexidynamic serves glove manufacturers and infrastructure contractors across Malaysia and international markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, conducting its business through core operating subsidiaries such as Flexidynamic Engineering Sdn. Bhd., Formtech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., and Flexidynamic Engineering Co. Ltd. (Thailand).
In recent corporate developments, Flexidynamic strengthened its vertical integration and expanded its upstream manufacturing capabilities through the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in Nilai-based ceramic glove former manufacturer Formtech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. for RM10.4 million in 2025. In 2024, the group broadened its infrastructure engineering portfolio by securing a RM12.4 million contract for the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical works for a water treatment plant and intake project in Kelantan. In 2026, the group formally aborted its proposed diversification into gamma radiation sterilization services, which included the subscription of shares in Gammatech Sdn. Bhd. and a related industrial land acquisition in Selangor, following the lapse of regulatory approvals for its inter-conditional financing proposals, thereby refocusing capital and operational resources on its core engineering solutions, water infrastructure projects, and glove former manufacturing businesses.
