Founded in 2000 and incorporated as a public entity in 2013, GFM Services Berhad is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and conducts operations through primary subsidiaries including Global Facilities Management Sdn Bhd, KP Mukah Development Sdn Bhd, Everfine FMS Sdn Bhd, Dynasty Harmony Sdn Bhd, and GFM Solutions Sdn Bhd. In recent strategic developments, the company acquired a 60 percent controlling stake in Shapadu Energy Sdn Bhd to scale its oil and gas plant maintenance capabilities and access high-value turnaround maintenance contracts at the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) in Johor.
