Business
ICT Zone Asia Berhad is a Malaysia-based technology financing and information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the company operates an integrated TechFin business model that delivers end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) solutions to government agencies, government-linked companies, large corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Malaysia. The company operates through four principal business segments: Technology Financing; Trading of ICT Hardware and Software; Provision of ICT Services; and Provision of Cloud Solutions and Services. Its core offerings comprise Device-as-a-Service (DaaS 360), an integrated hardware subscription program providing procurement, leasing, deployment, maintenance, and carbon-neutral computing; EzRental and i-Leasing, delivering flexible operating and financial lease structures for IT equipment; the sale, distribution, and disposal of new and certified pre-owned ICT hardware and enterprise software via its proprietary e-commerce channel, Komputer Murah; comprehensive ICT maintenance and technical support, including scheduled preventive servicing, corrective repairs, hardware refurbishment, data sanitization, and IT asset disposition (ITAD); and enterprise cloud services through Cloudify.Asia, encompassing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), hybrid cloud migration consulting, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), and private Large Language Model (LLM) deployments. The group executes its operations through specialized subsidiaries, including ICT Zone Sdn Bhd for hardware supply and rental solutions; ICT Zone Ventures Berhad and Techfin Capital Sdn Bhd for technology financing and balance-sheet asset management; and HaaS Technologies Sdn Bhd for cloud architectures and digital platform solutions. In recent developments, ICT Zone Asia Berhad completed the transfer of its listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia in June 2025, raising RM26.60 million in gross proceeds through an Initial Public Offering to finance ICT asset acquisitions and expand its leasing portfolio in government and commercial sectors. The company expanded its cloud and emerging technology portfolio by introducing GPU-as-a-Service and private AI compute capabilities under Cloudify.Asia, supported by a strategic alliance with Corent Technology to deploy the SurPaaS automated migration platform. Additionally, ICT Zone entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to accelerate enterprise digitalization, expanded go-to-market partnerships to drive recurring service revenues, and deepened sustainability collaborations with global hardware manufacturers, securing HP Amplify Impact 5-Star partner status and Lenovo channel recognition for ESG-aligned circular IT asset management.
