The Facilities Management segment provides preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems; management of process utilities, water supply, drainage, and sewerage networks; asset lifecycle management; and maintenance of kitchen equipment and building infrastructure across commercial offices, educational institutions, healthcare complexes, industrial facilities, and retail outlets. The group delivers these solutions through specialized operating subsidiaries, including KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, KJ Engineering Sdn Bhd, KJ Energy Services Sdn Bhd, KJ Facilities Management Sdn Bhd, KJ FEM Pte Ltd in Singapore, and KJTN Engineering Co., Ltd. in Thailand. In January 2024, KJTS Group Berhad completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, raising RM58.9 million primarily to finance the capital expenditure for its long-term cooling energy concession projects and support regional expansion. Since its listing, the company has aggressively scaled its recurring revenue portfolio across Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand through KJTN Engineering Co., Ltd., securing multiple 15- to 20-year cooling energy management, retrofit, and chilled water supply contracts with subsidiaries of Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Limited for premier hospitality properties, including Centara Grand at CentralWorld Bangkok, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin, Centara Reserve Samui, Centara Hotel Hat Yai, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket, and Centara Karon Resort Phuket.
