Bhd., executed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 3.72-acre freehold commercial parcel in Bandar Johor Bahru within the W City Larkinton master development for RM97.23 million, unlocking a projected gross development value of RM950 million for integrated retail, serviced apartment, and commercial spaces. In strategic alliances, Malton entered into a memorandum of understanding with an NVIDIA Cloud partner to explore and establish artificial intelligence compute centers across Malaysia, alongside technology collaboration agreements with Dongguan Benling Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. for electric mobility solutions and Shenzhen Apexls Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. for visual display systems.
