In recent corporate developments, OGX Group Berhad completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia in March 2026 under the ticker symbol OGX, raising approximately RM52.5 million to fund the acquisition and renovation of a new operational facility, expand working capital, broaden its brand and vendor portfolio, and finance geographic expansion into East Malaysia. In September 2026, the company diversified into the clean energy technology market through its subsidiary OGX Green Tech Sdn Bhd, securing an authorized distribution agreement with China-based Zhejiang Hyxi Technology Co., Ltd. (HYXI) to distribute smart photovoltaic inverters and energy storage solutions across Malaysia. Furthermore, the group expanded into enterprise artificial intelligence solutions through OGX Networks Sdn Bhd by entering a strategic partnership with Axtraction AI Sdn Bhd to deliver AI platform-driven technologies to domestic enterprise clients.
