In recent corporate developments, Semico Capital completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed its shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia under the stock code 0388 in January 2026, raising RM23.2 million to fund the expansion and modernization of its amusement machine fleet, expand its collectible toy distribution networks, and support general working capital. The public listing followed an internal reorganization that unified its operating entities under Semico Capital Berhad. In August 2026, the group expanded its entertainment center footprint by entering into a strategic collaboration with Game On Holdings Sdn Bhd to launch the 30,000-square-foot GAMEON Arcade Arena at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall in Kuala Lumpur, adding to its established family entertainment center operations located at The Mines in Selangor.
