Founded in 1960 through the establishment of Tien Wah Press (Malaya) Sdn Bhd, the company was incorporated in 1995 and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 1996, operating as a subsidiary of Singapore-based New Toyo International Holdings Ltd. Headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, the group maintains manufacturing plants, joint ventures, and operational hubs across Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.
