Bhd., delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions including telecommunication tower construction, civil, mechanical, and electrical works, base transceiver station (BTS) equipment installation and commissioning, fiber optic transmission network deployment, and preventative network maintenance services for mobile telecommunications operators; and property development and trading, managed in part via Vivocom Trading Sdn. Bhd., which oversees real estate development projects, property investment, sales and marketing consultancy, construction material supply, mineral commodity trading, and vertical farming management. The company conducts its operations across Malaysia. In recent major corporate developments, the group has implemented strategic realignment and restructuring initiatives to streamline its asset base and address regulatory compliance. In November 2025, the company completed the disposal of its 100 percent equity interest in subsidiary Vivocom Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. to optimize operational focus. Following its classification under Rule 8.03A of the Bursa Malaysia ACE Market Listing Requirements, the company appointed TA Securities Holdings Berhad as its sponsor and is actively formulating a comprehensive regularization plan to revitalize its core business revenue and sustain its listing status. Furthermore, the group changed its financial year end to April 30 to streamline corporate reporting, resolved legal disputes concerning historic equity holdings, and previously executed a corporate rebrand from Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad to Vinvest Capital Holdings Berhad.
