Corgi NBIS 2x Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund portfolio of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to twice the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ: NBIS). Managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, the Fund provides leveraged, single-security exposure to Nebius, a Netherlands-based provider of cloud-computing and artificial-intelligence infrastructure services. The Fund principally uses total return swaps on Nebius common stock and may use exchange-traded equity futures and other equity-linked instruments; it also holds cash, cash equivalents and U.S. government money-market instruments to support its derivatives-based investment strategy. NBIC rebalances its exposure daily to target approximately 2x the underlying security’s daily performance and is designed for short-term, actively monitored trading rather than for holding periods exceeding one trading day, as compounding and volatility can cause longer-term returns to differ materially from twice Nebius’s cumulative return. The Fund charges a 0.45% expense ratio, trades in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker NBIC, and issues and redeems shares at net asset value in large Creation Units. Corgi NBIS 2x Daily ETF commenced operations on July 14, 2026, representing Corgi’s expansion into single-stock leveraged ETF offerings focused on companies serving the artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure and data-intensive computing markets. Service providers include Paralel Distributors LLC as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent, and Tait Weller as auditor.
