The fund invests principally in publicly traded equity securities across diversified sectors and may invest in exchange-traded funds representing a broad range of asset classes; its portfolio construction combines rules-based quantitative screening, multi-factor models incorporating measures such as value, momentum and quality, market-risk filters, and discretionary final security selection.
