Network International Holdings plc operates as a leading digital payments enabler in the Middle East and Africa region, providing technology-enabled payment solutions to merchants, financial institutions, banks, fintechs, and telcos; core merchant solutions include the N-genius payment device, N-genius mobile app, mobility and unattended payment options, N-Genius online, Payfast, and DPO pay online platforms; value-added services encompass SmartView interactive dashboards and performance reports, dynamic currency conversion, multicurrency online, easy payment plan, 3D secure authentication, network self-service, network expense hub, digital wallets, smart bundle packages, and buy now pay later options; acquiring processing solutions support seamless transaction handling; card and processing solutions cover debit and credit cards, prepaid cards, commercial cards, fraud prevention, loyalty programs, instant issuance, card control, API integrations, and issuer services such as network advisory and card processing. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the company delivers its offerings across more than 50 countries primarily in the Middle East and Africa, serving over 65,000 merchants with secure in-person, online, and unattended digital payment acceptance alongside fintech support for engagement, loyalty, data analytics, and advanced fraud protection. In September 2024, Network International was acquired by a Brookfield Asset Management-led consortium including First Abu Dhabi Bank for approximately £2.2 billion, resulting in its delisting from the London Stock Exchange and re-registration as a private entity named Network International LLC following a merger with competitor Magnati; most recently in November 2025, it announced the acquisition of RAKBANK's merchant acquiring business in the UAE to expand its platform capabilities, appointed Görkem Köseoğlu as Group Chief Customer and AI Officer, and extended its Digital Lending Marketplace services through a partnership with CredibleX.
