In 2025, Nakoda launched its "NO CTRL (NO CONTROL)" brand of energy drinks and flavoured carbonated soft beverages, marking entry into the fast-growing FMCG beverages segment and expansion from B2B agro-processing to B2C retail via e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit; it reported Q2 FY26 revenue growth of 58% year-over-year to INR 147.87 crore, positive EBITDA of INR 10.34 crore, and net profit of INR 2.51 crore, alongside forfeiture of 277,146 partly paid-up equity shares and reduced long-term borrowings.
