Following its initial entry into Risk Information Group AS in late 2024, Nodebis Applications AB acquired consecutive 14.22% equity stakes through its subsidiary Rignode Sverige AB in February 2026 and May 2026, increasing its total controlling ownership in Risk Information Group AS to 68.67%. In September 2025, the company entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 30% minority stake in Ny Media Sverige AB, securing full 100% ownership of the digital media and recruitment business. In addition, effective January 2026, the company terminated its liquidity provider agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB following sustained improvements in market liquidity and trading activity for its shares on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM:NODE).
