- PJSC Novorossyisk Grain Plant (NKHP.ME) operates as one of Russia's largest deep-water grain terminals in the port of Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, providing high-tech port transshipment, storage, and processing services for grain crops; its infrastructure includes three elevators with a total simultaneous storage capacity of 250,000 tonnes, rail and motor vehicle grain reception capacities of up to 14,500 tonnes per hour and 1,500 tonnes per hour respectively, and berths accommodating vessels up to 72,000 deadweight tonnes, enabling annual transshipment of 7.1 million tonnes. The company offers grain trading, transport and freight forwarding, warehouse handling, and a three-grade wheat mill producing 150 tonnes per day of prime grade bakery wheat flour, first grade bakery wheat flour, semolina, and cereals packaged in polypropylene bags of 5, 10, 25, and 50 kg or kraft paper bags of 5 and 10 kg, with finished goods delivered to the Krasnodar Territory and exports to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Far East; grain supply regions encompass Krasnodar, Stavropol, Rostov, Volgograd, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Saratov, Oryol, and Samara territories. Founded in 1893 and headquartered at 22 Elevatornaya Street, Novorossiysk, the company serves as an accredited grain keeper and dealer for the National Commodity Exchange, JSC, primarily targeting export markets via water transport while supporting domestic agricultural logistics. As part of the United Grain Company (UGC) group, where UGC holds a 51% stake and Demetra Holding owns 35.36%, PJSC Novorossyisk Grain Plant achieved a record 8.4 million tonnes of grain transshipped in 2024, representing 15% of Russia's total wheat exports that year and marking a 6.3% increase from 2023.
