Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d. delivers a comprehensive suite of banking and financial solutions to individual and business customers across Slovenia, Southeast Europe, and wider European markets. As the largest banking and financial group headquartered in Slovenia and with a strategic focus on the Southeast European region, it extends its reach through a substantial network of branches and subsidiaries. The institution's operations are structured across key divisions, encompassing retail and corporate banking within Slovenia, strategic international markets, financial market activities, and other group functions. The bank provides a diverse array of offerings, including various deposit products such as savings and current accounts, alongside an extensive range of credit facilities like personal, residential, and sustainable green loans, as well as tailored financing for businesses. Furthermore, its portfolio features an assortment of payment cards, comprehensive investment services that cover securities trading, treasury instruments, and investment funds, in addition to a wide spectrum of insurance products. Complementary financial services include leasing, asset management, and payment processing. NLB Group has a strong emphasis on digital transformation, with ongoing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience, targeting significant digital penetration by 2030. Demonstrating robust financial health, the Group reported a profit after tax of €274.4 million for the first half of 2025 and an 11% year-over-year increase in total assets to €29.57 billion. Recent strategic moves include the successful issuance of Additional Tier 1 Notes in November 2025 and the merger of NLB Lease&Go and Summit Leasing Slovenia in July 2025, following its acquisition in 2024.
