Innovator ETFs Trust – Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF™ – March (Cboe BZX: NMAR) is an actively managed, United States-domiciled exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with the price return of the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of QQQ losses during each approximately one-year outcome period, before fees and expenses. The Fund principally provides Nasdaq-100-oriented equity exposure through a defined-outcome options strategy, investing at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in instruments that provide exposure to QQQ; its portfolio may include FLEX options and other exchange-traded or over-the-counter options on QQQ, QQQ shares, cash and cash equivalents, and U.S. Treasury securities or other collateral investments. It is designed for investors seeking capped upside participation in large-cap growth and technology-oriented U.S. equities with a defined downside buffer, rather than direct, uncapped exposure to the underlying ETF. The Fund resets its outcome profile annually in March and may be held beyond an individual outcome period, with a new cap and buffer established upon each reset. NMAR was listed on March 3, 2025, is a series of Innovator ETFs Trust, and is advised by Innovator Capital Management LLC, with Milliman Financial Risk Management LLC serving as sub-adviser; Innovator Capital Management is headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois, United States. The Fund’s expense ratio is 0.79%. Its current outcome period runs from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, reflecting its annual operational reset and continuation of the Fund’s defined-outcome Nasdaq-100 strategy. Recent developments at its adviser include the February 2026 launch of Innovator’s Managed Buffer ETFs® suite, expanding the firm’s hedged-equity product offering across U.S. large-cap, Nasdaq-100, U.S. small-cap and international developed-market exposures.
