Business
Natural Natural Order Acquisition Corp. (NOAC) is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or other similar initial business combination with one or more businesses. Incorporated in Delaware in 2020 and headquartered in Weston, Massachusetts, the company targets technologies and products related to sustainable plant-based food and nutrition, alternative proteins, plant-based beverages, and ingredients that eliminate animals from the food supply chain; its efforts remain geographically unrestricted. In November 2022, following its inability to complete a business combination within the required timeframe despite evaluating over 75 companies and issuing multiple letters of intent, Natural Order announced the redemption of its public shares at $10.07 per share, ceased trading on Nasdaq by November 10, 2022, cancelled its public shares by November 14, 2022, allowed warrants to expire worthless, and initiated liquidation proceedings while winding up remaining operations.
