Business
Nupur Recyclers Limited engages in the import, processing, trading, manufacturing, and casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap in India and internationally. The company imports specific non-ferrous scrap grades including shredded zinc scrap, zinc die-cast scrap, Zurik SS scrap, shredded brass, and aluminium zorba; processes recyclables into quality recycled products such as aluminium alloy ingots; and manufactures precision-engineered automotive components through its acquired subsidiary. Incorporated in 2019 and headquartered in North East Delhi, India, Nupur Recyclers operates primarily in the waste management and industrials sector, sourcing from long-term suppliers in Europe, USA, UAE, and Central Europe while serving end customers including OEMs in the automotive industry. In September 2025, the company acquired Tycod Autotech for INR 240 million in an all-cash deal to advance into high-value aluminium alloys and auto components manufacturing, committing an additional INR 100 million for upgrades including High Pressure Die Casting, VMC, and CNC machinery at Tycod's facility in Rudrapur, Pantnagar. It supplies over 100 tonnes of aluminium alloy ingots monthly to the acquired unit, targeting 300 tonnes per month by fiscal 2026-27 to support expanded in-house production for key clients such as Tata Motors; earlier in September 2024, it acquired the remaining 2% stake in subsidiary Nupur Polymers Private Limited; and in 2025, it purchased approximately 4.5 acres of land in Sampla, Haryana, for a new manufacturing unit.
