In major corporate developments, Forcas Studio completed its Initial Public Offering in August 2024, listing its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India SME Emerge platform under the ticker symbol FORCAS after raising approximately INR 37.44 crore through a 100% fresh issue of equity shares.
