Business
Kaushalya Logistics Ltd. (KLL.NS) is an India-based integrated provider of logistics and clearing and forwarding (C&F) services, primarily supporting major cement companies including Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, Adani Cement, and JK Cement. The company offers multimodal surface transportation by road and rail; pick-up, packing, delivery, and distribution services; comprehensive warehousing solutions across 70 facilities for Dalmia Cement in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala; rake clearance and secondary transportation; freight forwarding; and e-commerce sales of consumer electronics and white goods including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air coolers, and geysers on major online platforms. It also operates in real estate through ownership and leasing of approximately 18 commercial retail shops in Udaipur, Rajasthan, generating rental income. Founded in August 2007 and headquartered at 19, Community Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi, India, the company conducts operations across 17 states nationwide with a network exceeding 111 depots and rake points. Its business segments encompass trade of electronic appliances via e-commerce, service income from logistics and C&F activities, and real estate leasing, targeting cement dealers and customers, e-commerce buyers, and commercial tenants. Recent developments include the launch of a Purnea depot in August 2025 under the CCFA model to bolster Adani Cement's pan-India distribution, marking the ninth such facility opened in FY 2025-26 and capable of handling 5,000 metric tonnes of monthly cargo volume. In 2023, the company transitioned from Kaushalya Logistics Private Limited to its current public limited status; it secured a freight forwarding agreement with HFCL Limited and expanded its depot network beyond 100 locations using technology-enabled operations. Additional changes encompass a shift from construction to logistics around 2010, ongoing partnerships with cement majors, and executive transitions such as the resignation of CEO Deepak Kumar in October 2025 and director Sunira Chamaria in September 2025. The company maintains an asset-light model, leveraging customer-owned or rented warehouses.
