P.A. Nova S.A. engages in the construction, design, rental, and IT services business primarily in Poland. The company operates through Rental Activities; Construction Activities, including general contracting for commercial facilities such as retail parks, service spaces, production halls, warehouses, residential premises, and industrial projects; Design Activity, encompassing architectural, urban, cubature, and executive designs for industrial, service, public utility facilities, interior designs, green areas, installations, roads, building modernization, and formal-legal support for investments; and IT Activities, involving delivery of CAD/PDM/GIS systems with training, energy distribution, and electricity trade. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Gliwice, the company delivers turnkey projects from land acquisition through permits to execution, serves clients including Kaufland, Lidl, Castorama, Leroy Merlin, and MASKPOL S.A., and manages a portfolio of commercial properties like Galeria Miodowa in Kluczbork, parks in Pyskowice and Jaworzno, industrial facilities in Rybnik, Zaczernie, Siechnice, and DIY markets in Kłodzko and Biała Podlaska. Recent developments include the 2024 sale of a retail park in Kłodzko to Falcon Investment Management, completion of Castorama market in Biała Podlaska and retail park in Pyskowice, start of new retail complex in Dzierżoniów and retail park in Nysa, signing of a production hall contract with MASKPOL S.A.
