- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long NXPI Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily percentage change in the share price of NXP Semiconductors N.V. (Nasdaq: NXPI). The fund provides leveraged long exposure to NXPI, a semiconductor company, for sophisticated traders and retail investors seeking short-term tactical exposure to movements in NXP Semiconductors’ common stock. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in NXPI and/or financial instruments with comparable economic characteristics; its portfolio may include total-return swaps referencing NXPI, cash and cash-equivalent instruments, money-market fund holdings, and other derivatives used to establish and maintain targeted exposure. The fund rebalances daily and does not seek to achieve its stated 2x return objective over periods longer than one trading day. Themes Management Company, LLC serves as investment adviser. The fund is listed on the Cboe exchange under ticker NXPG, has a total expense ratio of 0.75%, and is registered through Themes ETF Trust in the United States. The ETF was launched on June 2, 2026, as part of Leverage Shares by Themes’ expansion of its U.S. single-stock leveraged ETF offering, alongside a second semiconductor-focused 2x ETF; the launch broadened the issuer’s suite of products designed to provide 200% daily exposure to individual equities. Following its launch, the fund’s ticker was changed from NPXG to NXPG, with shareholders not required to take action.
