In recent developments, Steel & Tube completed the acquisition of Perry Metal Protection, Perry Grating, and Waikato Sand Blasting in May 2025 for $43.3 million plus potential performance-based payments, enhancing its corrosion protection, galvanizing, and grating capabilities with immediate earnings accretion of 1.5 cents per share and expanded end-to-end steel solutions; introduced a new metal roofing profile for the first time in five years, aluminum product expansions including hollow sections and angles based on customer feedback since 2023, and implemented $7 million in cost savings to boost efficiency as part of its full-year 2025 results.
