- Oakmark International Large Cap ETF (OAKI) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by large capitalization companies domiciled outside the United States. The fund employs a disciplined value investment philosophy, targeting high-quality companies trading at significant discounts to the portfolio management team's estimates of intrinsic value; it typically holds at least 40 such securities, with at least 80% of net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) allocated to large-cap issuers, including those in emerging markets and select U.S.-domiciled firms deriving substantial revenue internationally. Managed by Harris Associates L.P., the fund is part of the Harris Oakmark ETF Trust and benefits from the ETF structure's transparency, intraday liquidity, and tax efficiency. Oakmark International Large Cap ETF (OAKI) launched on December 11, 2025, as the latest addition to Harris | Oakmark's active ETF suite alongside the Oakmark U.S. Large Cap ETF (OAKM) and the simultaneously introduced Oakmark Global Large Cap ETF (OAKG). The portfolio is overseen by an experienced team including David G. Herro, CFA (Partner and Co-CIO, International Equities), Anthony P.
