In April 2025, OEM International acquired Vierpool BV, a Dutch distributor of automation components with annual turnover of SEK 120 million serving machine builders and system integrators, to broaden its product range and customer base in the Netherlands; recent prior acquisitions within the last two years include Ingemar Liljenberg AB (December 2023, SEK 62 million turnover in custom components and fittings), Unit-Pump A/S (November 2023, pumps and seals integrated into OEM Automatic Klitsø), and Lagermetall AB (October 2023, SEK 104 million turnover in slide bearings and cast bronze); additionally, in November 2024, EQT X proposed a SEK 15.3 billion acquisition of the company at SEK 110 per share, with the offer completed and settlement beginning around March 2025.
