Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Or Yehuda, Israel, the Company operates principally across Israel through three business areas: residential real estate development, including urban-renewal projects; construction contracting; and income-producing real estate. Its construction and development activities encompass residential towers and high-density housing; mixed-use developments; offices; retail and shopping centers; logistics centers; industrial buildings; public and institutional facilities; senior housing; hotels; parking facilities; government-related infrastructure; swimming pools; silos; water reservoirs and other complex civil and building works. The Company provides end-to-end project execution services, including land acquisition and project initiation, planning, permitting, construction management, general contracting and delivery. Its completed-project portfolio includes the ART Tower for Phoenix in Bnei Brak, Besser City in Petah Tikva, Champion Tower in Bnei Brak, Ramot Mall in Jerusalem, WE TLV Towers and other residential, commercial and public-sector developments. Omer Construction serves private developers, landowners, commercial clients, public-sector entities and residential purchasers in Israel. In December 2025, the Company completed its initial public offering and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising approximately ILS 306 million, including approximately ILS 184 million of primary capital and approximately ILS 122 million through a controlling-shareholder secondary offering. The capital raised is intended to support the funding and expansion of the Company’s project pipeline. Recent operating developments include the award of a contract to act as principal contractor for the Gate project at the entrance to Jerusalem, a development comprising a 40-story office tower, retail space and six underground levels, with expected revenue of approximately ILS 480 million; and a contract to serve as principal contractor for the Shaarei Acre residential project in eastern Acre, involving approximately 1,700 housing units across 92 multifamily buildings, with expected revenue of approximately ILS 1.2 billion.
