- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long ONDS Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily percentage change in the common stock of Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS). The Fund is managed by Themes Management Company LLC under the Leverage Shares by Themes platform and trades on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol ONDG. It is designed primarily for sophisticated and active investors seeking amplified short-term bullish exposure to the daily price movements of Ondas Holdings, rather than long-term buy-and-hold exposure. The Fund pursues its objective through one or more swap agreements with major financial institutions and maintains notional exposure to ONDS equal, on a daily basis, to approximately two times its net assets; it rebalances daily and may hold cash, cash equivalents, U.S. government securities, money-market instruments and collateral-related assets in connection with its derivative transactions. Its principal product is a single-stock, 2x daily leveraged investment vehicle linked to Ondas Holdings, whose operations include industrial-grade wireless technology, software-defined radio platforms and Internet-of-Things solutions serving transportation, logistics and critical-infrastructure applications. The Fund charges a 0.75% management fee and is part of Themes ETF Trust’s U.S. exchange-traded product lineup. The Fund was launched for trading on January 13, 2026, as one of six new Leverage Shares by Themes single-stock leveraged ETFs introduced to provide 200% daily exposure to selected U.S.-listed equities, representing its principal recent product launch and strategic expansion.
