- OrganoClick AB (publ) (ORGC.ST) develops, produces and markets biobased and biodegradable chemical products and material technologies that replace fossil-based plastics and harmful chemicals in cellulose-based materials including nonwovens, technical textiles, wood, paper and composites. The company offers OrganoTex, a biodegradable durable water repellent technology for textile and shoe impregnation along with related detergents; OrganoWood, a biocide-free wood preservative and timber product that protects against decay, rot, termites and fire; OrganoComp, a biocomposite material for 3D forming; OC-BioBinder, a biobased binder for nonwovens and technical textiles; OC-AquaSil Tex, a biodegradable hydrophobing agent for nonwovens, specialty papers and technical textiles; and BIOkleen, a line of environmentally certified maintenance, cleaning and paint removal products for consumers, homeowners and professionals. OrganoClick serves the nonwoven, paper, textile, wood treatment and construction industries as well as end consumers through a network of retailers. The company operates in Sweden, other Nordic countries, the rest of Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania from its headquarters, production facility and R&D center in Täby, Sweden, where it was founded in 2006 as a spin-off from Stockholm University and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. In recent developments, OrganoClick completed a rights issue of approximately SEK 20 million in 2025, fully guaranteed by its three largest shareholders to support international expansion of OrganoTex, growth in bio-based binders for wipes, food pads and tableware applications, and out-licensing of OrganoWood technology; signed a central distribution agreement with Burdock Outdoor Group in 2024 to launch OrganoTex across 170 Nordic stores under brands including Jaktia and Interjakt; entered a framework agreement with Mestergruppen for BIOkleen distribution through chains such as Happy Homes, Colorama and XL-BYGG; and builds a new factory in Täby with capacity for 10,000 tonnes annually of green chemicals.
