iSTOXX® Single Stock on BMW GR Decrement 4.68 Index – EUR (Price Return), ticker OUSL, is a rules-based euro-denominated single-stock decrement index calculated and administered within the iSTOXX index family. The index is designed to reflect the performance of the BMW gross-return underlying index while applying a fixed daily performance deduction corresponding to an annual decrement amount of 4.68 index points. It provides a price-return benchmark for structured-product issuers, financial institutions, investors and other market participants seeking exposure to a BMW-linked index with a predefined dividend or performance markdown. The index is based on the internal Single Stock GR Index for BMW, uses the STOXX Europe calendar, has a base date of February 1, 2012, and is assigned a base value of 80.76. Its core offering is the continuous calculation and publication of an EUR price-return index level derived from BMW gross-return equity performance less the stipulated decrement; related index data, methodology, licensing and benchmark-use services are provided through the iSTOXX/STOXX index platform. The index is not an operating company and does not manufacture products, provide conventional commercial services, maintain corporate subsidiaries, conduct geographic sales operations, or undertake funding rounds, acquisitions, partnerships or corporate reorganizations. Recent publicly available iSTOXX methodology materials continue to list the index as an active member of the iSTOXX Single Stock GR Decrement Indices, a family that comprises decrement indices designed to replicate individual single-stock gross-return index performance subject to constant dividend markdowns.
