In a major strategic development, Sweco Sverige AB, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sweco AB (publ), completed its recommended public takeover offer in July 2025, acquiring approximately 97.9% of shares and 99.2% of voting rights, followed by initiation of compulsory redemption for remaining shares and application for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm, positioning Projektengagemang as a subsidiary of Sweco Sverige AB.
