Managed by Joseph C. Esposito, CFA, and Warren Koontz, Jr., CFA, of Jennison Associates since December 18, 2019, the fund maintains a beta of 0.88, P/E ratio of 20.7, and 42% turnover ratio, with total net assets of approximately $277.73 million (Class A at $188.09 million). On December 18, 2019, the fund underwent a significant strategic shift, changing its investment strategies and name to its current focused value orientation; performance prior to this date does not reflect the current approach. In 2022, PGIM Investments launched the related PGIM Jennison Focused Value ETF (PJFV), extending the strategy into an exchange-traded format seeking long-term growth through undervalued large-cap companies, which ranked #4 in Barron's Best Fund Families for the 1-year period ended December 31, 2024, among 48 qualifying families based on asset-weighted returns. The fund has continued to deliver strong relative performance, outperforming its benchmark in Q3 2025 and maintaining its top rankings into 2025. PGIM Jennison Focused Value Fund operates within the large value segment of the U.S. equity market, targeting institutional and retail investors seeking value-oriented exposure with a focus on economic moats and catalysts; it domiciles in the United States and primarily invests in U.S. stocks (81.39%) supplemented by non-U.S. stocks (14.08%) and cash equivalents (4.53%).
