In December 2019, the fund underwent a significant strategic shift, changing its investment strategies and name, such that performance prior to that date is not attributable to its current focused value approach. More recently, as of the one-year period ended December 31, 2024, PGIM Investments ranked #4 in Barron's Best Fund Families among 48 qualifying families based on asset-weighted returns; in Q3 2025, the fund outperformed its benchmark.
