Recently, the company faced a 36% decline in sales in the September 2025 quarter and reported a net loss of Rs 5.12 crore for the same period. It is currently undergoing operational refinements including initiatives to manage unclaimed dividends and KYC updates during the 2025–26 fiscal year. The Peria Karamalai Tea and Produce Company Limited is a subsidiary of the LNB Group, which has diversified interests in textiles, renewable energy, agriculture supply chain management, wellness, and financial services.
