PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF – July is a non-diversified series of PGIM Rock ETF Trust that seeks to provide investors with the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to maximize protection against declines in SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust during a one-year target outcome period beginning in July. The exchange-traded fund invests principally through customized flexible exchange options linked to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and may hold cash, cash equivalents and money-market instruments, including Prudential Government Money Market Fund, to support its options strategy. The Fund’s principal services consist of providing exchange-traded, defined-outcome equity exposure; capped participation in S&P 500-related price appreciation; downside-buffered exposure to U.S. large-cap equities; and annually reset target-outcome investment terms. It is actively managed by PGIM Quantitative Solutions, with John Hall, CFA, Devang Gambhirwala and Marco Aiolfi serving as portfolio managers. Shares trade on Cboe BZX under the ticker PMJL, and the Fund is benchmarked to the S&P 500 Price Return Index. The Fund was launched on June 30, 2025, is domiciled in the United States and is associated with PGIM, the global investment-management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. In 2026, PGIM expanded its buffer ETF platform by introducing quarterly target-outcome periods alongside its existing 12-fund PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF series; PMJL continues to provide its annual July-reset outcome period within that broader defined-outcome ETF offering.
