PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF – June is an actively managed, non-diversified defined-outcome exchange-traded fund of PGIM Rock ETF Trust that seeks to provide returns matching the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to maximize protection against declines in SPY over a one-year target outcome period beginning in June. The Fund, which trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker PMJN, employs a portfolio of Flexible Exchange Options (FLEX Options) linked to SPY, together with cash and cash-equivalent investments, to establish its capped-upside and buffered-downside exposure. Its principal products are shares of the June series of PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETFs, offering U.S. retail and institutional investors S&P 500-linked equity-market participation, a reset annual target outcome structure, a predetermined cap on appreciation, and downside protection that is subject to market conditions, fees, and the investor holding shares for the full target outcome period. The Fund is benchmarked to the S&P 500 Price Return Index and is managed by John Hall, Devang Gambhirwala, and Marco Aiolfi of PGIM Quantitative Solutions. PMJN commenced operations on May 30, 2025, has a fiscal year end of October 31, and is advised by PGIM Investments, a Prudential Financial, Inc. affiliate headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. PGIM Quantitative Solutions, established in 1975, provides the Fund’s quantitative and multi-asset investment-management capabilities. As of September 3, 2026, PMJN reported net assets of approximately $10.3 million and 380,001 shares outstanding. Recent developments include PGIM’s July 2026 expansion of its broader defined-outcome ETF platform through the launch of four quarterly S&P 500 buffer ETFs, extending the firm’s suite to nearly 50 buffer, max-buffer, laddered, and Nasdaq-100-based solutions; PMJN remains part of the 12-fund PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF series, each designed to reset its cap and buffer for a new one-year target outcome period based on prevailing FLEX Option market conditions.
