PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF – March is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund series of PGIM Rock ETF Trust that seeks to provide returns corresponding to the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to maximize downside protection against losses in the underlying ETF during an approximately one-year target outcome period beginning and resetting in March. The fund pursues its defined-outcome strategy principally through FLEX Options on SPY, including options intended to establish the applicable upside cap and buffer; its investment results are designed to approximate the target outcome only for shareholders that purchase on the first day of a target outcome period and hold through its end. It is listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker PMMR, benchmarks performance against the S&P 500 Price Return Index, and is intended for U.S. retail and institutional investors seeking equity-market participation with capped upside and buffered downside exposure. The fund commenced operations on February 28, 2025, has a fiscal year-end of October 31, and is managed by PGIM Quantitative Solutions’ Multi-Asset team, including John Hall, Devang Gambhirwala and Marco Aiolfi. PGIM Rock ETF Trust is affiliated with PGIM, the global investment-management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. The fund’s latest material operating development is its continued inclusion in PGIM’s 12-fund S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF lineup, which provides annual, month-specific target outcome periods; in July 2026, PGIM broadened its defined-outcome ETF platform through the launch of four S&P 500 quarterly buffer ETFs, expanding the overall buffer ETF range to nearly 50 solutions across multiple indices, buffer levels and outcome periods.
