Recent strategic developments include the December 2025 acquisition of René Laurent, a France-based beverage-flavors company, expanding the Company’s specialty flavor capabilities; the January 2026 opening of a dedicated SOLOS dealcoholization site in Spain to expand alcohol-removal capacity; the March 2026 acquisition of Brazilian botanical-extract producer Sylvestre, marking an expansion into nutraceutical and functional-ingredient markets; the March 2026 inauguration of a natural-colors research and development center in Slovenia; and the April 2026 acquisition of Better Juice, adding proprietary enzymatic technology that converts fruit sugars into non-digestible components, including dietary fiber, for reduced-sugar beverage and adjacent food applications.
