In June 2024, Privi announced plans to acquire approximately 50.95% of Privi Fine Sciences Private Limited for Rs 298 crore to expand into green chemistry, funding manufacturing units in Lote, Chiplun and Jhagadia, Gujarat; it withdrew a related amalgamation scheme in November 2025 for refiling.
