Prosper Engineering Public Company Limited (PROS.BK), founded in 1996 and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, serves as a leading Thai contractor specializing in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering systems installation, design, contracting, engineering consulting, and system maintenance services across commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector buildings; it operates through M&E Engineering and Civil & Structure Engineering segments, delivering comprehensive solutions including high- and low-voltage electrical systems, emergency power supplies, telephone and computer network cabling, fire alarms, public address and audio-visual setups, closed-circuit television, master antenna television, access control, burglar alarms, and building automation; air conditioning and ventilation systems encompassing chilled water-cooled units, split-type and VRF air conditioners, precision air conditioning, chiller plant management; plumbing, sanitary, water supply, waste treatment, drainage, fire protection, clean agent, LPG, and compressed air systems; as well as civil, structural, architectural, interior, and renovation works on projects such as shopping centers, superstores, distribution centers, telecom facilities, offices, hospitals, factories, and government buildings for clients including Pruksa, Sansiri, Tesco Lotus, Thai Oil, AIS, and Singha Corporation primarily in Thailand. The company, with registered capital increased to 494.266 million Baht to fuel expansion, maintains ISO 9001 certification, ERP implementation, and rigorous quality controls while emphasizing stakeholder returns, safety, corporate social responsibility, and environmental accountability. In recent developments, Prosper Engineering established an Internal Audit Working Group in February 2025 per Audit Committee directives, held long-service awards in June 2025 recognizing employees with 5-20 years tenure, conducted fire evacuation drills in December 2024, renewed Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption membership, sustained its 20-plus-year internship partnership with Kasetsart University's Faculty of Engineering, and continues pursuing solar energy joint ventures alongside operational enhancements in training and project site visits.
