In recent strategic developments, Bank of Commerce completed an enterprise-wide core banking system modernization across its branch and automated teller machine network in partnership with Infosys and IBM, migrating to a digital-first hybrid cloud infrastructure. The bank also executed an 18 billion Philippine Peso dual-tranche fixed-rate bond issuance to optimize its liability structure and fund asset growth, expanded its physical presence through newly opened full-service branches and branch-lite units at strategic transit hubs including Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 and Caticlan Airport, and accelerated the commercial onboarding of corporate accounts across the broader San Miguel Corporation vendor, distributor, and customer ecosystem.
