Through its proprietary technology division, Innovis, the company develops and integrates PropTech and IoT solutions, including artificial intelligence-driven video analytics; automated footfall tracking and consumer heat mapping for retail environments; automated license plate recognition; virtual reception and visitor management systems; and remote facility operations center management. In recent developments, Mark2 Corporation Investment SE has accelerated its strategic transition toward technology-driven facility services and automated remote monitoring. The company has expanded its European operations across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, and the Netherlands, servicing multi-country real estate portfolios. As part of its digital growth strategy, the company significantly scaled its Innovis technology unit, launching integrated AI video analytics platforms that enable automated incident detection and remote management to optimize client energy use and reduce on-site labor requirements. In capital market activities, the company maintains its presence on the Prague Stock Exchange to support ongoing strategic growth, technological capital expenditure, and international market penetration, while establishing new partnerships with major European logistics developers and retail chains to provide standardized, ESG-focused facility management frameworks.
