Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based holding company primarily engaged in real estate development and healthcare services. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, the company develops and sells residential properties including single-detached houses under brands such as Passorn, The Palm, The Plant, and Pine; townhouses under Baan Pruksa, Pruksa Town, Pruksa Village, Pruksa Ville, The Connect, The Plant, Villette, and Baan GreenHaus; and condominiums under Plum Condo, The Privacy, The Tree, Chapter, and The Reserve; it also constructs properties, leases and manages real estate, trades pharmaceutical and medical products, researches natural resources and environmental products, and offers agricultural services and consultancy. Through subsidiaries like Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, Kaysorn Construction Company Limited, Putthachart Estate Company Limited, and Pruksa Overseas Company Limited, it operates primarily in the Bangkok metropolitan region and potential provinces, with past expansions into India. In recent developments, the company changed its name from Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited in December 2016; expanded its healthcare segment via ViMUT Hospital, a 236-bed tertiary care facility established in 2021 focusing on cardiovascular, brain, diabetes, orthopedics, gastroenterology, hepatology, and noncommunicable diseases, with new specialized clinics launched in 2024 including Headache, Gerd and Constipation, Arrhythmia, and Nose and Sinus; partnered with Appier for AI-driven marketing across real estate, healthcare, and e-commerce to achieve hyper-personalization and 400% conversion growth; collaborated with Namwiwat Medical Corporation through ViMUT Holding; introduced AI-powered predictor models earning the Thailand Technology Excellence Award 2024; and plans launches of 22 new residential projects valued at Bt23.4 billion in 2025 alongside two new hospitals (Vimut Thonglor and Vimut Pinklao) and three nursing homes with Bt3.4 billion capex.
