- Prospectiva Resources Ltd. operates as a Brazil-focused mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, evaluation and advancement of copper and gold exploration properties in the Borborema Belt of northeastern Brazil. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Borborema Project land package, comprising approximately 335 square kilometres across 35 mineral exploration licences in Pernambuco and Paraíba states. Its core exploration portfolio includes the São Francisco Copper-Gold Project in Pernambuco, a volcanogenic massive sulphide-style copper-gold system with associated gold, silver and base-metal credits; and the Tabira, Pico do Jabre and Desterro regional gold projects, which target structurally controlled gold mineralization. Prospectiva provides mineral-property exploration activities, including geological mapping and interpretation; historical-data validation; geochemical and geophysical surveying, including electromagnetic and induced-polarization work; target generation and ranking; diamond drilling; geological modelling; and resource-development planning. The São Francisco project is the Company’s flagship and most advanced asset, with approximately 5,900 metres of historical diamond drilling and a defined copper-gold mineralized trend extending about three kilometres; Prospectiva is undertaking a 2,500-metre Phase 1 diamond-drilling and electromagnetic-geophysics program to test extensions of known mineralized lenses, infill high-grade near-surface copper zones and assess untested conductive targets. The Company principally targets prospective copper and gold discoveries and potential district-scale mineral systems in the underexplored Borborema Belt. Prospectiva Resources was incorporated in England and Wales in 2025 and is headquartered in Hemel Hempstead, England, while its exploration operations are focused in Brazil. In August 2026, the Company completed a qualifying transaction and reverse-merger acquisition of TSX Venture Exchange capital pool company Pentagon I Capital Corp.; the resulting issuer adopted the Prospectiva Resources Ltd. name and began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PSVA. The Borborema Project, including the São Francisco asset, was acquired in early 2026, and the Company subsequently commenced its fully funded São Francisco drilling campaign in August 2026 as part of its strategy to expand copper-gold mineralization and advance the project toward an initial mineral resource estimate.
