In recent operational and strategic expansions, the company launched Faysal Islami Currency Exchange Company (FICEC) as a wholly owned exchange company subsidiary following regulatory licensing from the State Bank of Pakistan. The bank also introduced Pakistan's first 24/7 unmanned Self-Serve Digital Lobby in Lahore, enabling automated, rapid debit and Noor card issuance alongside instant digital self-service execution. Furthermore, the institution entered into a strategic Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partnership with NymCard to empower domestic fintech infrastructure, integrated digital payment solutions with Google Wallet and Alliance Network, collaborated with Pakistan State Oil (PSO) on digital payment innovations, partnered with Akhuwat Foundation and The Citizens Foundation (TCF) on interest-free green solar financing initiatives, and teamed with digital healthcare platforms such as OlaDoc to provide value-added digital health services for home remittance beneficiaries.
