The company manufactures these pharmaceuticals in multiple dosage formats, including oral solid tablets and capsules; oral liquid syrups and suspensions; topical creams and ointments; and sterile liquid and lyophilized injectables. Through its medical devices division, the company maintains long-standing distribution agreements with multinational medical technology providers, including Boston Scientific and Nihon Kohden, to supply specialized interventional cardiology devices, peripheral vascular equipment, cardiac electrophysiology catheters, gastrointestinal endoscopy systems, neuromodulation devices, urology solutions, and diagnostic ultrasound machinery. Ferozsons also holds a majority equity interest in BF Biosciences Limited, a joint venture with the Bagó Group of Argentina and Pakistan's pioneer biotechnology manufacturing plant focused on recombinant biopharmaceuticals, oncology injectables, and biosimilars. In recent major strategic developments, Ferozsons Laboratories expanded its global access partnership with Gilead Sciences by executing a royalty-free voluntary licensing agreement for the generic manufacturing and distribution of lenacapavir for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) across 120 low- and lower-middle-income countries, under which Ferozsons produces the oral formulation and subsidiary BF Biosciences manufactures the injectable formulation. Furthermore, subsidiary BF Biosciences Limited completed a successful Initial Public Offering on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, raising capital to finance advanced production line expansions, scale up pre-filled syringe (PFS) manufacturing capabilities, and obtain international regulatory accreditations to accelerate global pharmaceutical exports.
