Puravankara Limited is an India-based real estate development company engaged in the design, development, construction, and marketing of residential and commercial properties. The company offers a wide range of products including luxury residential apartments, villas, townhouses under its flagship Puravankara brand; mid-income housing through its wholly owned subsidiary Provident Housing; and plotted developments under Purva Land, which provides investment opportunities in land parcels. Additionally, it operates Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited (SICL), which delivers technology-enabled construction solutions. The company also has a notable presence in commercial office spaces across India. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Bangalore, Puravankara operates primarily in major Indian cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Goa.
