Popular Vehicles and Services Limited (PVSL.NS), part of the Kuttukaran Group, operates as a leading multi-brand automobile dealership in India, focusing on the sale, service, and repair of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric two- and three-wheelers; distribution of spare parts and accessories; sale and exchange of pre-owned passenger vehicles; facilitation of third-party financial and insurance products; and operation of driving schools. The company offers Maruti Suzuki Arena and Nexa models, Honda passenger vehicles, Jaguar Land Rover luxury vehicles, Tata Motors and BharatBenz commercial vehicles, Piaggio three-wheelers, and Ather Energy two-wheelers through 61 showrooms, 32 pre-owned outlets, 142 service centers, 68 spare parts touchpoints including 44 retail outlets and 24 warehouses, and 7 driving schools across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Incorporated in 1983 and headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, Popular Vehicles maintains top rankings among Indian dealerships, including fifth for Maruti Suzuki passenger vehicle sales by volume, first for Maruti Suzuki service volume in Kerala, and strong positions with other OEMs as of fiscal 2023. Recent developments include the October 2025 board approval for the acquisition of R.K.S. Motor Private Limited, a Maruti Suzuki dealership in Telangana, for up to INR 93 crore via slump sale, expected to complete by October 31, 2025, to expand into a new market and strengthen Maruti Suzuki ties; the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary under Popular Mega Motors (India) Private Limited for a spare parts and accessories e-commerce platform; and evaluation of adding a new luxury dealership brand. In August 2025, subsidiary Prabal Motors Private Limited acquired a BharatBenz dealership in Punjab from Globe CV for INR 12 crore, gaining exclusive rights and eight facilities to bolster northern India presence. The company listed publicly on BSE and NSE in March 2024, received credit rating upgrades for itself and subsidiaries like Popular Autoworks and Prabal Motors in 2025, and earned awards such as the FADA Dealership Excellence Award 2024 and multiple Maruti Suzuki Platinum Band recognitions for subsidiaries.
