Corgi Growth & Technology 10% Structured Buffer ETF – May Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund series of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks to provide exposure to the price return, excluding dividends, of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, up to a predetermined upside cap while seeking to buffer the first 10.00% of losses over an approximately annual outcome period. The Fund, which trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker QMY, invests primarily in customized FLEXible Exchange Options on QQQ and may hold cash and cash equivalents, including U.S. Treasury instruments; under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in investments providing exposure to QQQ. QQQ provides Nasdaq-100-related exposure and is concentrated in large-cap growth and technology-oriented companies. QMY’s strategy is designed for investors seeking defined-outcome technology and growth equity exposure, with gains limited to the applicable cap and losses beyond the 10.00% buffer borne by investors; the intended outcome generally applies only to shareholders that purchase at the beginning of, and hold through, the applicable outcome period. The current May outcome period runs from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 and carries a 22.50% cap before fund fees and expenses; the Fund has a 0.40% gross annual expense ratio and a 0.30% net annual expense ratio after Corgi Strategies LLC’s contractual 0.10% management-fee waiver. The Fund does not seek dividend income from QQQ and is classified as non-diversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Corgi Strategies LLC serves as investment adviser, and Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor. Corgi Funds launched and listed QMY on May 6, 2026 as part of a nine-fund structured-buffer ETF expansion covering U.S. large-cap, growth and technology, U.S. small-cap, international developed-market and emerging-market reference exposures. Corgi, founded in 2025 and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is an AI financial-infrastructure company offering thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income ETFs designed to provide retail and other investors access to targeted market exposures and investment strategies.
